since charlotte has a cute horse on her blog, i decided to put one on mine, too. thumbelina is the smallest horse in the world. she tours the country visiting sick, needy and disabled children. she is not as cute as elena (or rimmy) but she is not far behind. wouldn't you be happy to see her?

There is a group of Catholic nuns that raise those mini-horses. Very cute and good for making people happy but they cannot be trained not to go in the house! Yup, the cake is in the freezer. See--I'm fluent in Spanish! I like that little horse. If you want me to make you a birthday cake, you can choose from coconut, carrot, chocolate, chocolate with peanut butter filling, or a delicious cheesecake from Izzy's. He's making one that's carrot cake topped with cheesecake--not bad!
